Before you contact us

If something is wrong on exam day, tell the invigilator first — a session can be paused and recovered. Then send us the detail below and we will work backwards from it.

• What the learner saw or heard, and at which question.
• Whether it affected one learner or the whole room.
• The paper name and the date and time of the sitting.
• Whether the server was reachable from the client PC at the time.

Response times

Anything that stops an exam is treated as a blocker and worked on immediately. Everything else is answered within one working day.
